If a wrong product is delivered to a customer, it will be picked up for free. Once we receive the product, we waste no time dispatching the correct order and sending it. If we cannot find the purchased item, we will refund the amount within 7 working days.

When sending back the wrong product, you must ensure that the product has not been used and its packaging is not damaged from anywhere. The product should also be sealed appropriately in its original packaging without any harm. Ensure you keep the supporting documents, including the other accessories, purchase receipt, labels, price tag, and warranty card.

Customers who receive damaged items may request a refund but must present video evidence of the harm. It is suggested that customers record themselves as they unwrap and unbox their purchases from the delivery packing. The customer received a damaged good, and this video will serve as confirmation of that.

The Aftersales department will decide and provide repair, replacement, and refund services for mobile phones with performance problems. The buyer will not be eligible for a refund if no video proof is shown or the video is taken after the goods have been unboxed.
